目的评价低照射剂量腰椎间盘CT扫描临床应用。方法100例椎间盘检查患者行330mAs、250mAs、165mAs腰椎间盘CT扫描,并做了三种剂量图像的质量评估。并观察了所见到的椎间盘病变。结果当扫描由330mAs减至165mAs时,对种扫描方法所得的CT图像质量评分后行配对t检验,显示三种扫描方法所得图像质量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腰椎间盘可以用低剂量CT扫描,而不影响影像的诊断效果。
Objective To evaluate the clinical application of low-dose lumbar disc CT scan. Methods 100 cases of disc examination patients underwent 330mAs, 250mAs, 165mAs lumbar intervertebral disc CT scan, and made three dose images quality assessment. And observed the disc lesions seen. Results When the scan was reduced from 330 mAs to 165 mAs, the paired t-test was performed on the CT images obtained from the scanning method. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the quality of images obtained by the three scanning methods (P> 0.05). Conclusion The lumbar intervertebral disc can be used low-dose CT scan without affecting the diagnostic results of the image.
