目的:评价我院万古霉素的临床应用情况。方法:参照卫生部颁布的《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》等,对我院2009年8月～10月267例使用万古霉素的病例的临床资料进行统计分析。结果:药物利用指数(DUI)为0.85,不良反应发生率为1.5%。结论:本院万古霉素的使用基本符合有关规范,但血药浓度检测及病原学检查的执行力度还有待加强。应采取有效措施,减少经验用药,严格掌握适应证,从而减少耐药菌株的产生,保护该药的使用寿命。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical application of vancomycin in our hospital. Methods: With reference to the Guiding Principles of Clinical Application of Antibacterials issued by the Ministry of Health, the clinical data of 267 cases of vancomycin in our hospital from August to October in 2009 were statistically analyzed. Results: The drug utilization index (DUI) was 0.85 and the incidence of adverse reactions was 1.5%. Conclusion: The use of vancomycin in our hospital basically conforms to the relevant norms, but the execution of blood concentration test and etiological examination still needs to be strengthened. Effective measures should be taken to reduce the experience of medication, strict indications, thereby reducing the generation of resistant strains and protect the life of the drug.
