本文在阐述总分馆制基本特征、分析总分馆制模式的基础上,对公共图书馆如何实行总分馆制作了理性思考,并提出了相应对策措施。

Based on the analysis of the basic characteristics of the total library system and the analysis of the total library system, this paper makes a rational consideration of how to implement the total library system in public libraries and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
