一、前言 蔬菜作物杂种优势的利用,是提高产量的一个重要途径。茄子属于自花授粉作物,在通带情况下,其天然杂交率不超过5%,因此,在比较纯的品种中可以认为遗传是同质的,而不同品种存在着遗传差异。所以品种间杂交,其一代杂种存在着不同程度的杂合性,也就表现出不同程度的杂种优势。了解这些规律,对利用一代杂种优势有着重要的实践意义。
I. Introduction The use of heterosis in vegetable crops is an important way to increase production. Eggplant is a self-pollination crop. In the case of pass-band, the natural hybridization rate does not exceed 5%. Therefore, in relatively pure varieties, it can be considered that the inheritance is homogenous and the genetic differences exist in different varieties. Therefore, cross-breeding between varieties, their first-generation hybrids have varying degrees of heterozygosity, also showed varying degrees of heterosis. Understanding these laws has important practical significance for utilizing the heterosis of one generation.
