对几何参数和纵筋配筋率相同,连接形式不同的两种夹芯托梁在相同加载方式下的受力性能进行试验研究。研究结果表明:夹芯托梁的破坏模式、裂缝的形态及发展规律、极限荷载、荷载-挠度曲线,与同配筋率的钢筋混凝土整浇参考梁相似。在夹芯托梁中,纵筋起到了主要的受力作用,而连接筋和销键梁钢筋并未承受太大的荷载。连接筋和销键梁保证了夹芯砖墙与钢筋混凝土托梁充分咬接共同作用,使得夹芯托梁具有较好的整体性,从而夹芯托梁中的砖墙挠度与混凝土梁挠度有较好的一致性。
The mechanical properties of two kinds of sandwich joists with the same geometrical parameters and the same longitudinal reinforcement ratio and the different connection forms were tested in the same loading mode. The results show that the mode of failure, the shape and development of the crack, the ultimate load and the load-deflection curve of the sandwich joist are similar to the reinforced concrete cast-in reference beams with the same reinforcement ratio. In the sandwich joist, longitudinal reinforcement plays a major role in the force, while the connection bar and the key beam steel bar does not bear too much load. The connecting bars and the key beams ensure that the sandwich brick wall and the reinforced concrete joist fully cooperate to make the sandwich joist have good integrity so that the deflection of the brick wall in the sandwich joist and the deflection of the concrete beam are Better consistency.
