目前,洗钱犯罪在世界范围内日益普遍化并呈蔓延趋势,已成为国际社会和世界各国所面临的一大公害,世界各国纷纷采取防治措施以应对。与世界发达国家相比,我国反洗钱的立法与防治措施仍相对滞后,因此分析当前洗钱犯罪发展方式和危害特点,在我国立法的基础上借鉴他国经验,完善反洗钱犯罪防治对策成为亟待解决的问题。
At present, the crime of money laundering is becoming more and more widespread and spreading in the world. It has become a major public hazard facing the international community and other countries in the world. All countries in the world have taken preventive measures to deal with it. Compared with the developed countries in the world, the legislation of anti-money-laundering in our country is still relatively laggard. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the current development of the money-laundering crime and its harmful characteristics based on the legislation of other countries and improve the anti-money laundering crime prevention and control measures problem.
