学生是感性的,学生学习也往往受情绪的影响,所以,在教学中,老师要时刻注意调控学生的情绪,让情绪催人奋进,顺利完成教学任务,谓之为“调情”。1.调情基础。在日常教学中,老师要对每一个学生平等地付出你的爱,不能偏向,并让学生感受到你的爱,悦纳你的爱,这样学生就会亲近你,对你充满感激之情,如果不好好学习,那就无颜见老师了。这是调情的心理基础。
