目的探讨老年结肠癌合并急性肠梗阻行Ⅰ期切除吻合手术治疗的临床效果。方法将2005年1月～2011年12月期间收治的60例老年结肠癌合并急性肠梗阻患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。观察组给予Ⅰ期切除吻合手术治疗,对照组给予Ⅰ期切除Ⅱ期吻合手术治疗。结果观察组术后并发症发生率3.33%,对照组术后并发症发生率16.67%;观察组平均住院时间为(18.32±2.21)d,对照组平均住院时间为(24.32±3.12)d。结论老年结肠癌合并肠梗阻患者进行Ⅰ期切除吻合手术治疗临床疗效较好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of surgical treatment of senile colon cancer with acute intestinal obstruction in stage Ⅰ resection and anastomosis. Methods Sixty elderly patients with colon cancer complicated with acute intestinal obstruction admitted from January 2005 to December 2011 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group was given stage Ⅰ resection and anastomosis surgery, while the control group was given stage Ⅰ resection stage Ⅱ anastomosis. Results The incidence of postoperative complications was 3.33% in the observation group and 16.67% in the control group. The average length of stay in the observation group was (18.32 ± 2.21) days and that in the control group was (24.32 ± 3.12) days. Conclusion The elderly patients with colon cancer with ileus resection and anastomosis surgical treatment of better clinical efficacy, it is worth promoting the clinical application.
