云南省耿马县人武部,组织民兵成建制地参加经济建设,在经济建设主战场上锻炼民兵队伍,提高人武,专武干部在新形势下的组织指挥能力。 1991年,人武部党委向县委、政府主动要求组织全县民兵参加支援贫困山区大兴公路建设的任务。大兴公路全长35.88公里,途经路线山高坡陡,悬岩绝壁,地质十分复杂,修建难度大。我们组建了120人的民兵突出连,设立了大兴乡民兵指挥部,县、乡两级武装部和民兵干部身先士卒,以身作则。由县人武部政委张庭富为县总指挥长,副主任科员尹卫成为民兵指挥部指挥长,抽调机关干部职工四人并一台大车组成
The Gengma County People’s Armed Forces in Yunnan Province organized militia units to take part in economic construction and exercise their militias in the main battlefield of economic construction so as to enhance their organizational and command capabilities under the new situation.
