森林抚育补贴任务是目前解决中幼龄林林分生长不良、质量低下、病虫害频发、森林火险等级高等问题的有效措施。2010-2014年,辽西凌源市根据国家、省、市要求,结合辽西凌源实际,采取了有效的解决措施,较好的完成了任务指标。基于此,从辽西凌源实际出发,围绕国家森林抚育补贴项目的实施,针对存在的问题,提出了解决对策。
The task of forest tending and subsidizing is an effective measure to solve the problem of poor growth, poor quality, frequent occurrence of pests and diseases and high level of forest fire in young and middle aged stands. 2010-2014, Lingyuan City, western Liaoning Province, according to national, provincial and municipal requirements, combined with the actual Lingyuan in western Liaoning, to take effective measures to solve the task better completed. Based on this, based on the actual situation of Lingyuan in western Liaoning Province, we put forward solutions to the existing problems around the implementation of national forest tending subsidy programs.
