在使用超低量喷雾技术中,要达到可靠和精确地计量药剂是一个很大的问题。超低量洒布的计量范围在6~250毫升/分之间,计量系统必须能处理粘度在1厘泊(水溶液)到650厘泊(可以流动的混合物)的各种药剂。本研究报告的目的是为了研制一种计量系统,使其能够在喷药量的范围内供给均匀的药液流,並能解决超低量喷洒中碰到的流体特性问题。
In the use of ultra-low volume spray technology, to achieve reliable and accurate measurement of the drug is a big problem. The measurement range for ultra-low volume sprinkles is between 6 and 250 mL / min and the metering system must be able to handle a wide variety of agents with viscosities ranging from 1 centipoise (aqueous) to 650 centipoise (flowable mixture). The purpose of this study is to develop a dosing system that will provide a uniform flow of liquid within the spray volume range and will address the fluid characteristics encountered in ultra-low volume sprays.
