本研究通过市内已经发布的相关规划和宁波市主体功能区规划研究的一系列数据以及国土利用现状,分析宁波可利用国土空间的现状和趋势,提出深入实施主体功能区战略、划定生态保护红线范围、加强对土地集约节约利用的管理以提高市域国土空间开发利用水平,确保经济社会的可持续发展,实现建设美丽宁波的目标的对策建议。
Based on a series of relevant data released in the city and a series of data about the planning and study of the main functional areas in Ningbo City and the status quo of land utilization, this study analyzes the status quo and trends of the available land in Ningbo. It proposes to implement in depth the main functional area strategy and delineate ecological protection Red line, strengthen the management of intensive land use and conservation in order to improve the level of development and utilization of urban land and space in the urban area, to ensure the sustainable economic and social development and to achieve the goal of building a beautiful Ningbo countermeasures and suggestions.
