本文论述了户外机电产品钢铁构件采用喷锌、喷铝复合涂层进行大面积长效防护的性能和经济效益,评价了喷锌、喷铝复合涂层的研究及应用情况,提出了发展我国钢结构长效防护技术的建议。指出在强腐蚀环境下,喷铝涂层比喷锌涂层具有更好的防蚀性能,而线材电弧喷涂的经济效益更显著,是重要的发展趋势。
In this paper, the performance and economic benefits of large-area long-term protection of steel-made components for outdoor electromechanical products using zinc spray and aluminum sprayed coatings were discussed.
