患儿,女,10岁,28 kg,因患Tourette综合征1年5月个,一直服用氟哌啶醇、安坦治疗.因症状控制不满意,而加用泰必利,0.05 g/次,2次/d.用药至第4天,患儿双手指、双足趾及口唇出现红色米粒大小的高于皮面的皮疹,有痒感,未见渗出物,出疹后第3天,皮疹表面变白、皲裂、脱开,剥脱皮面呈红色,未见糜烂及渗出物.血常规、血小板计数及出凝血时间均正常,疑为泰必利所致,故停药,停药1周左右,皮疹自行消退,未见新的皮疹出现,期间未加任何治疗.半年后,患儿抽动又加重,再次试用泰必利0.05 g,用药第2天又出现上述皮疹,经皮肤科证实为药物性皮炎,停药后皮疹再次自行消退.随访1年均未再出现.rn
