[目的]对紫花苜蓿蓟马的空间格局进行研究与分析。[方法]在紫花苜蓿种植区内随机取点,设置1×2 m2的样地,在样地内分别设置10×10、10×20、10×30、20×30、20×40、20×80、30×30、30×40、30×50、40×40、40×50、40×80、50×50 cm2尺度的样方,分别在紫花苜蓿现蕾期和开花期调查样方内蓟马数量,并利用徐汝梅等的方法进行空间格局测定。[结果]蓟马在紫花苜蓿现蕾期水平空间分布形状为尺度40×30 ~40×40 cm2的椭圆型,垂直分布表现为由枝条顶端向下密度先增多后又减少的特征;开花期为无性状均匀分布到随机分布的水平空间分布特征,垂直分布表现为由枝条顶端向下递减的特征。[结论]该研究结果为紫花苜蓿抗虫育种的田间选择提供了理论依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to study and analyze the spatial pattern of alfalfa thrips. [Method] The sampling plots of 1 × 2 m2 were randomly selected in the alfalfa planting area and 10 × 10, 10 × 20, 10 × 30, 20 × 30, 20 × 40 and 20 × 80 , 30 × 30, 30 × 40, 30 × 50, 40 × 40, 40 × 50, 40 × 80 and 50 × 50cm 2 were studied in the sampling plot of flowering and alfalfa Quantity, and the use of Xu Rumei methods such as spatial pattern determination. [Result] The thrips had the elliptic shape with the size of 40 × 30-40 × 40 cm2 at the budding stage of alfalfa. The vertical distribution of thrips increased firstly and then decreased from the top of the shoot. The flowering stage was No traits were evenly distributed to the horizontal distribution of random distribution, and the vertical distribution was characterized by decreasing downward from the top of shoots. [Conclusion] The results provided the theoretical basis for the field selection of insect-resistant breeding of alfalfa.
