通过雪河矮早与香晚糯ZR_7和晚粳品种C85-79复合杂交,经过7年南繁北育加代选育而成的雪系12,其1-2cm高的秧苗对100ppm赤霉素的反应,与矮源供体雪河矮早相仿,表现迟钝。雪系12与雪河矮早和带有sd_1半矮杆基因的粳稻新品系鉴885、鉴886、鉴887和虎粳4号杂交,F_1代株高均无超高杆现象出现,F_2分离出矮杆和特矮杆二种类型。说明控制雪系12的株高基因为sd-s(t)。
Snowy A12 was crossed with Xiangnuo glutinous rice ZR_7 and a late rice C85-79 by 12 days of hybridization.
