“品质西安”建设无论是对改善市民生活品质,还是促进西部大开发产生质变,创新传承中华民族优秀传统文化并实现产业化转型升级,乃至对于维护世界和平,都具有重要的现实意义。通过思考其指导原则和基本思路,西安应把握“新丝路经济带”国家战略的历史机遇,主要从三个方面着力:抓住引擎,昂起龙头;扩大视野,跨越发展;高位谋划,输出人才。
Quality Xi’an is of great practical significance both for improving the quality of citizens’ lives, for promoting qualitative change in the development of the western region, for innovating and inheriting the excellent traditional Chinese culture, and for realizing industrial transformation and upgrading, or even for safeguarding world peace. By considering its guiding principles and basic ideas, Xi’an should grasp the historical opportunities of the national strategy of “new Silk Road Economic Belt” and focus on three main areas: seize the engine and raise its leadership; expand its horizons and leapfrog development; make plans and output Talent.
