目的:研究中西医结合治疗内耳眩晕的效果。方法:为急性发作期患者静脉推注地塞米松5mg以及50%葡萄糖250ml;或肌肉注射10毫克至20毫克的654-2;或静脉推注或静脉快速滴注20%甘露醇250ml。为发作间歇期患者使用中药半夏白术麻汤加味进行治疗。结果:经过2周的治疗,156例内耳眩晕患者,治愈126例,有效30例,总有效率为100%。结论:中西医相结合治疗内耳眩晕具有较好的疗效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To study the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of vertigo in the inner ear. Methods: Intravenous injection of dexamethasone 5mg and 50% glucose 250ml for patients with acute exacerbation; or intramuscular injection of 10mg to 20mg of 654-2; or rapid infusion of 20% mannitol 250ml intravenously or intravenously. Intermittent patients for the use of Chinese medicine Pinellia Atractylodes Maitake flavored treatment. Results: After 2 weeks of treatment, 156 cases of patients with vertebral vertebrae were cured and 126 cases were cured. The total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion: The combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of dizziness in the inner ear has a good effect, worthy of clinical promotion and application.
