成人教育是一种层次多、方式丰富的教育类别。其教育对象、组织方式、学习方法、教学形式、开放程度均有鲜明的特点。这就要求有不同于传统教育的管理模式。学分制管理是一种必要并且可行的教育教学管理方式。实行学分制管理,有望革除积弊,提高成人教育质量。
Adult education is a multi-level, multi-faceted education category. Its educational object, organization, learning methods, teaching forms, openness has distinct characteristics. This requires a different management model of traditional education. Credit system management is a necessary and feasible education and teaching management. The implementation of credit system management, is expected to get rid of the long-standing problems, improve the quality of adult education.
