国有企业是中国特色社会主义的重要支柱,关系党执政的经济基础,必须坚持党的领导。坚持党的领导,加强领导班子建设和党组织建设,是企业实现科学发展的政治保证。只要坚持党的领导,用党的科学理论指导企业实践,坚决贯彻落实党的路线方针政策,以改革创新精神抓好企业领导班子建设、基层党组织建设、党员队伍建设,充分发挥企业党组织的政治核心作用、党支部的战斗堡垒作用、党员负责人的示范表率作用、广大党员的先锋模范作用,就一定能使企业在复杂多变的经济环境中朝着正确方向前进、沿着正确道路发展。
