目的探讨藏族大学生自我概念与心理健康的关系。方法采用田纳西自我概念量表(TSCS)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)对531名在校青海藏族大学生进行了测试并进行相关分析。结果藏族大学生的自我概念与心理健康水平呈显著正相关,且不同自我概念水平的藏族大学生其心理健康得分有显著性差异,对藏族大学生心理健康影响最大的是生理自我,其次是道德自我。结论引导藏族大学生客观评价自我,正确理解本民族文化,培养积极的自我概念,这是促进藏族大学生心理健康的有效途径。
Objective To explore the relationship between self-concept and mental health of Tibetan college students. Methods Totally 531 Qinghai Tibetan students were tested and analyzed by Tennessee Self-Concept Scale (TSCS) and Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90). Results There was a significant positive correlation between Tibetan college students ’self-concept and mental health level. There was a significant difference in their mental health scores among Tibetan college students with different self-concept levels. The greatest impact on Tibetan college students’ mental health was physical self, followed by moral self. Conclusion It is an effective way to guide Tibetan college students to objectively evaluate themselves, correctly understand their own national culture and develop positive self-concept, which is to promote the mental health of Tibetan college students.
