[目的]分析2011年泰兴市恶性肿瘤发病死亡情况。[方法]对泰兴市2011年的恶性肿瘤发病死亡资料进行分析,计算发病率、死亡率等指标。[结果]2011年泰兴市恶性肿瘤粗发病率为229.80/10万,粗死亡率为184.36/10万。恶性肿瘤发病和死亡水平男性均显著高于女性,且随年龄增长呈上升趋势。恶性肿瘤发病率居前5位的依次为:食管癌、肝癌、胃癌、肺癌、乳腺癌;死亡率居前5位的依次为:食管癌、肝癌、胃癌、肺癌、胰腺癌。[结论]消化系统肿瘤、肺癌及乳腺癌是影响泰兴市居民健康的主要恶性肿瘤,进一步加强监测与干预。
[Objective] To analyze the incidence and mortality of malignant tumor in 2011 in Taixing. [Methods] The data of death from malignant tumor in 2011 in Taixing City were analyzed, and the morbidity and mortality were calculated. [Results] The crude incidence of malignant tumors in Taixing in 2011 was 229.80 / 100 000, and the crude mortality rate was 184.36 / 100 000. The incidence and mortality of malignant tumors were significantly higher in males than in females, and increased with age. The top 5 malignant tumors were esophageal cancer, liver cancer, gastric cancer, lung cancer and breast cancer. The top five deaths were esophageal cancer, liver cancer, gastric cancer, lung cancer and pancreatic cancer. [Conclusion] Digestive system tumors, lung cancer and breast cancer are the major malignant tumors that affect the health of Taixing residents, and further strengthen the monitoring and intervention.
