本文通过对湿法、干法与低温灰化3种不同处理发样方法的实验比较,提出了用干湿结合法灰化发样,用顺序扫描电感耦合等离子体/原子发射光谱(ICP/AES)法测定人发中Mo、Cr、Zn、Pb、Cd、Co、Ni、Mn、Fe、Mg、Cu、V、Ca、Al、Sr、Ba等16种元系。实验表明:本法精密度良好,CV小于5.4%,测定16种元素的回收率为90~104%;并具有试剂空白低、耗时少、操作简便等优点。
In this paper, we compared the wet method, dry method and low-temperature ashing method with three different methods of sample preparation, and put forward the method of ashing with dry-wet combination method, using sequential scanning inductively coupled plasma/atomic emission spectrometry (ICP/AES). The method used to determine 16 types of human elements such as Mo, Cr, Zn, Pb, Cd, Co, Ni, Mn, Fe, Mg, Cu, V, Ca, Al, Sr, and Ba in human hair. Experiments show that the method has good precision, CV is less than 5.4%, and the recovery rate of 16 elements is determined to be 90 to 104%. It has the advantages of low reagent blank, less time-consuming and simple operation.
