(新華社北京三日電)中央人民政府政務院頃發布關於開展職工業餘教育的指示,全文如下: 開展職工業餘教育是提高廣大工人職員羣眾的政治,文化與技術水平的最重要方法之一。各地人民政府有關部門、企業管理機關及工會組織應進行共同研究,以便有計劃、有組織、有步驟地來開展這一工作。兹规定下列各項,作為各地開展這一工作的依據: 一、目前職工業餘教育的對象以工廠企業中的工人職員爲主,職工業餘教育的內容以識字教育為重點。職工编教育可採取多種多樣並能保持經常的方式來進行。甲、凡已經在職工中進行過一定時期的政治啓蒙都育的工廠、企業
