通过这几年的教育实践摸索,我认为,初二阶段是一个极为特殊的阶段,在这个阶段,学生处于成熟发展的过渡时期,这个阶段的学生所表现出来的行为是最具代表性的,这对教育工作者的能力要求越来越高。因此,我认为,掌握了初二学生的心理特点规律,并且能够施以科学有效的影响,才能成为一个真正优秀的教育工作者。下面,我就初二教育实践中遇见的一些典型问题谈一些个人的心得体会。
