本文以天津石化公司涤纶厂新上的膜切二线的计算机控制装置为背景,探讨了在SIMATICPCS系统的控制站上利用APT语言进行通用爬坡控制器设计的可行性,并对四个爬坡控制进行了实施。现场投运证明,不仅效果良好,而且大量节省了控制站的内存使用空间,从而保证了整个控制程序内存的使用。
In this paper, based on the new film-cut second-line computer control device in the polyester plant of Tianjin Petrochemical Company, this paper discusses the feasibility of using the APT language to design a universal hill-climbing controller in the SIMATICPCS control station. Implemented. Prove that the scene put into operation, not only good results, but also a substantial savings in the memory space used by the control station, thus ensuring the use of the entire control program memory.
