针对现有模剪曲柄控制系统成本高、较复杂、故障率较高的问题,对模剪剪切钢板的工作过程进行了详细分析,并据此提出一种结构简单、可靠的控制系统。系统通过联锁及控制逻辑单元、曲柄位置计算器、曲柄零位分析器等单元,实现了对钢板的可靠剪切。
In view of the high cost, complicated and high failure rate of the existing die-cut crank control system, the working process of the die-cut shearing steel plate is analyzed in detail and a simple and reliable control system is proposed accordingly. System through the interlock and control logic unit, crank position calculator, crank zero analyzer and other units, to achieve a reliable shear plate.
