目的:对山东省某县乡村医生的配置和服务情况进行现状调查,分析存在的问题,对乡村医生的配置提出建议。方法:通过与某县卫生局领导、乡村医生代表进行交流座谈,了解乡村医生的配置、工作等情况,听取建议。结果:该县乡村医生配置虚高,乡村医生老龄化,学历结构偏低,社会保障水平低。结论:村医生配置要综合考虑影响因素而不能单纯按照工作量来配置,积极解决乡村医生的养老问题,注重提高乡村医生服务水平。
Objective: To investigate the current situation of the configuration and service of rural doctors in a county in Shandong Province, analyze the existing problems and make suggestions on the allocation of rural doctors. Methods: Through the exchange talks with the leaders of the county Health Bureau and the representatives of the village doctors, we learned about the allocation and work of the village doctors and listened to the suggestions. Results: The village physicians in this county were hypocrisy, the rural doctors were aging, the academic structure was low, and the social security level was low. Conclusion: The allocation of village doctors should take into account the influencing factors and can not be simply configured according to the workload, and actively solve the problem of pension for rural doctors, and pay attention to improving the service level of rural doctors.
