作者测定了用低碘饲料饲养的低碘大鼠脑组织的脑苷脂,脂蛋白和胆固醇。20日龄时全脑胆固醇显著低于对照组,脑苷脂和脂蛋白明显下降,小脑表现更为突出,但42日龄时的脑苷脂已无显著差异。提示甲状腺激素不足使脑组织髓化形成障碍,髓鞘发育落后。脑苷脂的发育延迟可能是可逆的。
The authors measured cerebroside, lipoprotein, and cholesterol in brain tissue of low iodine rats fed low iodine diets. At 20 days of age, total cholesterol in the brain was significantly lower than that in the control group. Cerebrosides and lipoproteins were significantly decreased, and cerebellum was more prominent. However, there was no significant difference in cerebrosides at 42 days of age. Hypothyroid hormone prompted brain tissue formation disorders, myelin sheath development lag. Delayed development of cerebrosides may be reversible.
