复方当归养血膏是由当归、党参,甘草、黄芪、川芎、白芍、茯苓、阿胶、熟地等中药提取的浸膏。我们对复方当归养血膏的药理作用进行了实验研究,现将结果报告如下。 材料 一、实验动物:本文实验动物均由本所动物室繁殖供应。大小鼠每组10只,家兔每组5只。小鼠为昆明种。大鼠为Wistar品系,体重180～250g,家兔体重1.8～2.6kg。雄雌均用。 二、试剂:花生四烯酸为Sigma产品。溴化乙锭为Fluka产品。脱氧核糖核酸为海得堡产品。其余实验试剂均为市售分析纯。
Compound Angelica Nourishing Cream is an extract extracted from Chinese herbs such as Angelica, Codonopsis, Glycyrrhiza, Radix Astragali, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Poria, Ejiao and Rehmannia. We have conducted an experimental study on the pharmacological effects of the compound Angelica nourishing ointment and report the results as follows. Materials 1. Experimental Animals: Animals in this study were supplied by the animal room of the Institute. Ten mice in each group and 5 rabbits in each group. The mouse is a Kunming species. Rats were Wistar strains weighing 180-250 g and rabbits weighing 1.8-2.6 kg. Both male and female use. Second, reagents: arachidonic acid for Sigma products. Ethidium bromide is a Fluka product. DNA is a product of Heidelberg. The remaining experimental reagents are commercially available analytically pure.
