1987年9月民政部邀请了一批社会学学者和民政工作的专家以及国家教育委员会有关部门负责入在北京召开了研讨会,讨论社会工作教育的有关问题,确定了发展社会工作的立场;2006年7月20日国家人事部和民政部颁布《社工职业水平评价暂行规定》和《助理社会工作师、社会工作师职业水平考试实施办法》,民政系统及相关单位设立社工职位。20年来,新中国社会工作的发展,离不开各地民政部门的积极探索和大胆创新,其中凝结着广大民政系统干部职工的心血和汗水。在此,我们将各地的一些探索性经验汇集整理,供大家参考。
In September 1987, the Ministry of Civil Affairs invited a group of sociologists and experts working in civil affairs as well as the relevant departments of the State Education Commission to hold a seminar in Beijing to discuss issues concerning social work education and to determine the position of developing social work. In 2006 On July 20, 2006, the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Civil Affairs promulgated the Provisional Regulations on the Evaluation of Social Work Occupation Levels and the Measures for the Implementation of the Occupation Level Examination for Assistant Social Workers and Social Workers. The civil affairs system and relevant units set up social work posts. In the past 20 years, the development of social work in new China can not be separated from the vigorous exploration and bold innovation of the civil affairs departments throughout the country, in which the effort and perspiration of the cadres and workers of the vast civil affairs system are condensed. Here, we will put together some of the exploratory experience gathered for your reference.
