中西医结合肿瘤学的临床研究必须顺应时代要求,避免盲目低效率的工作,积极开展多中心、大样本的临床证型规律的研究。探索不同肿瘤、不同时期的证型规律,制定中医治疗肿瘤的规范。利用现代科学技术研制开发中草药,并对其有效成分进行分离,鉴定,提纯,从而探明抗癌机制,寻找新的作用靶点,充分利用现代科学方法,在整体动物水平、细胞水平、分子水平、生物物理水平等研究辨证论治,根据中医理法方药特色,更新或创造新的敏感实验指标,及时吸取先进实验技术,更好地发挥中西医结合优势,扩大中医肿瘤治则研究,在肯定疗效的基础上,摸清规律,探讨中医药抗癌机制。
