我厂利用60瓩电阻炉与耐热钢坩埚配套,对有色金属进行熔解和周期性的保温,以适应电机外壳及各种配件压铸的需要。坩埚高640毫米,口径500毫米,厚20毫米,重190公斤。材料的化学成分见表1。系马氏体类耐热钢。由于使用不当,导致在熔解铝锭过程中产生爆裂现象。即于埚体下部两侧(对称)出现裂纹,如图1所示。裂纹长分别为89毫米和68毫米。一
