2014年5月5日至23日,农发行与中国人民大学合作,举办了一期机关中层管理人员管理创新与执行力建设专题研究班,总行、省级分行机关52名处级干部参加了集中培训。专题研究班遴选中国人民大学担负中央组织部司(局)级干部调训任务的教师负责授课,学员普遍反映培训内容丰富,课程安排紧凑,教学水平高超,有效帮助学员们拓展了知识,开阔了视野,增强了动力,达到了预期目的。
From May 5 to May 23, 2014, ADBC, in collaboration with Renmin University of China, held a special seminar on the management innovation and implementation of mid-level managerial personnel in the organs. 52 cadres at headquarters and provincial branches attended the seminar Training.
