本文研究了穿孔、轧管变形程度与壁厚不均的关系,讨论了穿、轧工序导致壁厚不均的原因,提出了减小壁厚不均的工艺措施。
In this paper, the relationship between perforation, deformation of tube rolling and uneven thickness was studied. The reasons for the uneven thickness were discussed. The technical measures to reduce the uneven thickness were put forward.
