个别谈话是部队政治思想工作常用的一种方法,是一门学问和艺术,是政工干部必须具备的基本功。俗话说:“一句话可以把人说得笑起来,也能够把人说得跳起来。”是把人说笑还是说跳,这里面既有个思想水平的问题,更有个个别谈话艺术的问题。因此,针对青年战士在个别谈话中不同的心理状态,进行艺术性的谈话,以达到预期的目的,这是衡量一个政治工作干部的思想水平和工作能力的主要标志之一。
Individual conversations are a commonly used method of military political and ideological work. They are a form of learning and art and are the basic skills that political cadres must possess. As the saying goes: “a sentence can make people laugh, but also can put people to jumped up.” Is the people joking or jumping, there is both a level of ideological issues, there are more individual art of talking . Therefore, it is one of the main indicators of the ideological level and working ability of a cadre of political work that an artistic talk should be conducted against the different psychological states of individual warriors in order to achieve the desired goal.
