上海市近日通过了关于修改《上海市绿化条例》(以下简称《条例》)的决定。其中规定:上海市新建公共建筑以及改建、扩建中心城内既有公共建筑的,应当对高度不超过50米的平屋顶实施绿化。《条例》还规定,建设项目中的立体绿化应当与主体工程同时完成。公共建筑和市政公用设施上建成的立体绿化,不得占用、拆除。如果公共建筑和市政公用设施需要进行改建、扩建、修缮,被占用拆除的立体绿化应当予以恢复。
Shanghai Municipality recently passed the decision on revising the “Shanghai Greening Regulations” (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”). Which stipulates: Shanghai new public buildings and reconstruction, expansion of the center of the existing public buildings in the city, should be no more than 50 meters of flat roof greening. The “Regulations” also stipulates that three-dimensional greening in construction projects should be completed simultaneously with the main project. Public buildings and municipal utilities built three-dimensional green, shall not be occupied, demolished. If the public buildings and municipal utilities need to be rebuilt, expanded, repaired, and demolished, the afforestation should be resumed.
