本文通过计算机分析比较健康、肌病和神经病3组肌电图,探索鉴别诊断的肌电图特征。材料和方法:肌电图检查19人,其中健康6人,结节性麻风周围性多神经病8人,肌病5人。肌病中2人为骨盆带型肌营养不良,1人为广泛眼肌病,1人为进行性全身硬化,1人是类风湿性关节炎性慢性多发型肌炎。被检查肌肉的肌力要求都在4级以上,神经病组检查手的主要固有肌和肱二头肌;肌病
In this paper, three groups of electromyogram of healthy, myopathy and neuropathy were analyzed by computer to explore the EMG characteristics of differential diagnosis. Materials and Methods: 19 electromyography, including 6 healthy people, 8 patients with nodular leprosy peripheral polyneuropathy and 5 myopathy. Myopathy in 2 people with pelvic muscular dystrophy, 1 person was extensive ophthalmopathy, 1 was progressive systemic sclerosis, 1 was rheumatoid arthritis chronic polymyositis. Muscle to be checked muscle requirements are at level 4 above, neuropathy group check the hand of the main musculature and biceps; myopathy
