目的探讨异位妊娠早期诊断的价值。方法选择2009-05-2010-09住院患者131例,在早期诊断中血清HCG及经阴道超声的价值。结果按照血清HCG值及经阴道彩超附件包块大小分组为三组,研究在治疗过程中血清HCG下降程度及阴道超声附件包块缩小情况。结论越是HCG水平低,附件包块较小的患者保守治疗成功率越高,也就是越早期发现,早期治疗异位妊娠的成功率越高。
Objective To investigate the value of early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods A total of 131 hospitalized patients were recruited from May 2009 to May 2010, including the value of serum HCG and transvaginal ultrasound in early diagnosis. Results According to the serum HCG value and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound, the size of HCG decreased and the size of vaginal ultrasound accessory mass decreased during the treatment. Conclusion The lower the level of HCG, the higher the success rate of conservative treatment of patients with smaller appendages, that is, the earlier the discovery, the higher the success rate of early treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
