渐开线少齿差行星传动和摆线针轮行星传动是目前起重运输机械上应用较广的两种行星传动,它们大多是以偏心轴作为输入轴。偏心轴是形成行星运动的主要零件,它的制造精度对整个行星传动机构的运转影响较大,因此在设计时对它都比较重视。如果结构尺寸允许,一般偏心轴是由一通轴外加偏心套构成。查阅有关的手册,教科书等参考资料,偏心套都是整体式的,如图1所示。这种结构的偏心套加工麻烦,检验难度大,装拆很不方便,容易造成报废。
Involute and little tooth difference planetary transmission and cycloid pinion planetary transmission are two kinds of planetary transmissions widely used in the current lifting and transportation machinery. Most of them use the eccentric shaft as the input shaft. The eccentric shaft is the main part that forms the planetary motion. Its manufacturing precision has a great influence on the operation of the entire planetary transmission mechanism. Therefore, it is highly valued in the design. If the size of the structure allows, the eccentric shaft is generally composed of a through shaft plus an eccentric sleeve. Check out the relevant manuals, textbooks, and other reference materials. The eccentric sleeves are all integral, as shown in Figure 1. Eccentric sleeve machining of this kind of structure is troublesome, the inspection is difficult, assembly and disassembly are inconvenient, and it is easy to cause scrap.
