Middle East North Africa is a huge oil producer, a link connecting three continents and the most important energy supply market in Europe and North America. Since 2011, due to the combination of various internal and external factors such as the political system, the economic crisis, geopolitics and modern information technology, the political instability in the Middle East, North Africa region has witnessed a rare turmoil in the past 30 years. During this period, based on the similar value system and the long-established cooperation and coordination mechanism, the geopolitical strategy that the United States and Europe have implemented in the region has dominated the development of the situation. In view of the geopolitical importance and abundant oil and gas resources in the Middle East and North Africa,
