信息有量、有质,它解除二重不确定性:在量上,表示“意外程度”;在质上,表示“有效性”。信息高不开系统;动态的功能系统也离不开信息。“量—质”信息与控制论系统有重要关系,本文从仙农的量的信息论和夏尔马的广义有效信息,讨论这一问题。并对信息选择测量标准和信息的主观特征,也从有效信息的观点,进行了分析。
Information is informative, qualitative, it lifted dual uncertainty: in terms of quantity, said “accidental degree”; qualitatively, that “validity.” Information is not open system; dynamic function system also inseparable from the information. The “quantity-quality” information has an important relationship with the cybernetics system. This article discusses the issue from the information theory of the quantity of cents and the general valid information of Sharma. It also analyzes the subjective characteristics of the information selection criteria and information, and also from the perspective of effective information.
