人性化服务是图书馆的发展方向和必然趋势。然而,学校图书馆人性化服务方面存在着诸多问题:人性化服务意识淡薄;管理僵硬,缺乏激励机制;服务时禁忌过多,惩罚过多;服务语言缺乏亲和力。学校图书馆要实现人性化服务,就要提高图书馆馆员的素质,营造人性的借阅环境,设立人性化的服务设施,关注学校弱势群体,提供特殊服务,营造轻松温馨的氛围,提供更加细致周到的人性化服务,开展多层面、多形式的公共交流活动。
Humanistic service is the development direction and inevitable trend of the library. However, there are many problems in the humanized service of the school library: weak humanized service awareness; rigid management, lack of incentive mechanism; excessive taboo in service and excessive punishment; lack of affinity for service language. In order to realize humanized service, the school library should improve the quality of library librarians, create a human lending environment, set up humanized service facilities, pay attention to vulnerable groups in schools, provide special services, create a relaxed and warm atmosphere, and provide a more detailed Thoughtful human services, to carry out multi-level, multi-form public exchange activities.
