又到四月。年复一年,月复一月。日月如梭,每一刻都是新的。这个季节,当代的中国农民或在耕地上劳作,或在找寻着其他各种活路,忙忙碌碌的。除了到城市里打工外,大部分还是离不开自己脚下的热土。这片热土,跟以前有点不一样,那就是先前许多的耕地,已经是工厂了、是建设用地了。本期,我们把目光聚焦到了集体建设用地流转。
Again in April. Year after year, month after month. Sun and moon, every moment is new. This season, contemporary Chinese peasants are either busy working on cultivated land or looking for other kinds of living opportunities. In addition to working outside the city, most still can not do without their own hot land. This piece of hot land, a little different from before, is that many previous arable land is already a factory and a construction site. In this issue, we have focused our attention on the circulation of collective construction land.
