有些药物,尤其是中草药的分离提取物,往往由于不溶于水而限制了用静脉注射途径或离体组织、器官试验方法进行药效筛选或临床前药理、病理的研究。各试验室虽根据具体提取物或药物的性质,设法解决给药问题,但至今未见有关报道。本文介绍一种简单易行的非水溶性药物乳状悬浊液的制备方法。制备方法精称5、10、20、30毫克独活等几味中草药的二氯甲烷提取物,分别溶于少量的二氯甲烷中。另取一试管,内装1.5毫升生理盐水及0.5毫升0.3%西黄著胶水混悬液(以下简称基质液)。在高速旋转振荡情况下,将含有药物的二氯甲烷逐滴加入试管内。此时,二氯甲烷溶
