廉洁自律是人格品质,是党性所在,民心所系。管好自身、管好家庭、管好身边的人是领导干部廉洁自律的基本要求。领导干部要廉洁自律,取信于民,就必须做到“三守”。
Integrity and self-discipline are the qualities of personality and the place where the party spirit lies and what is popular among the people. It is the basic requirement of leading cadres to be honest and self-disciplined in managing themselves, managing their families and managing the people around them. Leading cadres must be honest and self-disciplined, win the trust of the people and must be “three-guard.”
