随着就业形势越来越严峻,高职院校学生的就业压力日益凸显。虽然高职院校的学生都具备一定的职业技能,拥有扎实的理论知识,但是,市场经济的背景下,就业状况也不容乐观。因此,教师应该多元化考虑高职学生的就业问题,开展就业和创业教育,以创业带动就业,拓宽就业渠道,转变就业观念,排除学生对于就业的心理压力,提升学生的就业竞争能力。
As the employment situation becomes more and more severe, the employment pressure of students in higher vocational colleges has become increasingly prominent. Although students in higher vocational colleges possess some vocational skills and have a solid theoretical knowledge, the employment situation is not optimistic in the context of a market economy. Therefore, teachers should diversify the employment of higher vocational students, carry out employment and entrepreneurship education, promote employment through entrepreneurship, broaden employment channels, change employment concepts, eliminate students ’psychological pressure on employment and enhance students’ employment competitiveness.
