众所周知,大部分孔子学院设立在国外高校,这些孔子学院能否与所在高校进行有机合作并充分利用其各方面的资源关系到孔子学院的发展?为此,本栏目编辑专门采访了美国爱荷华大学教授、全美中文教师协会会长、爱荷华大学孔子学院院长柯传仁博士,就爱荷华大学孔子学院与所在大学在汉语师资方面的合作进行访谈。访谈涉及六方面内容:1)与大学学位项目结合培训学历教师;2)与大学中文系合作进行岗前岗中培训;3)与大学有关学术部门合作形成国际汉语教师培训资源平台;4)争取大学行政部门支持举办教学研究研讨会;5)利用大学教授和研究生资源编写教师培训材料和教学材料;6)结合大学教授的科研成果以提高培训的理论水平。
As we all know, most of the Confucius Institutes are set up in foreign universities. Whether these Confucius Institutes can cooperate with their colleges and universities and make full use of their resources is related to the development of Confucius Institutes. For this reason, this column editor interviewed the American Iowa Professor Ke Chuan-ren, a university professor and president of the National Association of Chinese Teachers and Dean of the Confucius Institute at the University of Iowa, conducted an interview on the cooperation between the Confucius Institute at Iowa University and its faculty in Chinese. The interview involves six aspects: 1) training academic degree teachers in combination with university degree programs; 2) training with pre-service positions in cooperation with the Chinese Department of the University; 3) collaborating with relevant academic departments in the university to form a platform for training resources for international Chinese teachers; and 4) University administrative departments support the holding of teaching research seminars; 5) The use of university professors and graduate resources to prepare teacher training materials and teaching materials; 6) The university professor’s research results to enhance the theoretical level of training.
