当今人力资源的开发与管理越来越为民营企业所重视,并且也逐渐成为现代民营企业管理的核心内容。然而,现代民营企业的人力资源管理正面临着一个僵而不死的局面,优待于靠管理和决策层的理念转换和有效措施来“拯救”以走出困境。从民营企业人力资源管理的现状分析出发,笔者提出了一系列改善民营企业人力资源管理的对策。
Nowadays, the development and management of human resources are paid more and more attention to by private enterprises and have gradually become the core of modern private enterprises. However, human resources management of modern private enterprises is facing a stiff and underachievement, which is extricated from the concept conversion and effective measures of management and decision-making. Based on the analysis of the status quo of human resources management in private enterprises, a series of measures to improve human resources management in private enterprises are put forward.
