目的:探讨短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)在急性脑梗死中的脑保护作用。方法:收集急性脑梗塞228例,分为三组。A1组58例TIA症状发生时间与随后发生的脑梗塞症状发生时间相差不超过1周;A2组52例TIA症状发生时间与随后发生的脑梗塞症状发生时间相差超过1周;B组118例脑梗死前无TIA发作。记录三组患者发病24小时内及发病后1周的神经功能缺损评分和梗塞病变面积,进行比较。结果:三组患者入院24 h及入院1W神经功能缺损评分差别有统计学意义(P#<0.05,P*<0.05)。A2和B组高于A1组。梗塞病变面积差别有统计学意义(P※<0.05,P▲<0.05)。A2和B组大于A1组。而A2和B组患者神经功能缺损评分和梗塞病变面积差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:TIA有脑保护作用,脑保护作用有一定持续时间。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of transient ischemic attack (TIA) on acute cerebral infarction. Methods: 228 cases of acute cerebral infarction were collected and divided into three groups. In group A1, the TIA symptom onset time of 58 patients was no more than 1 week later than the onset of cerebral infarction symptom; in group A2, 52 cases of TIA symptom occurred more than 1 week later than those in cerebral infarction. In group B, 118 cases of brain No TIA before infarction. Three groups of patients were recorded within 24 hours of onset and 1 week after onset of neurological deficit score and infarct size, were compared. Results: There were significant differences in neurological deficit scores between the two groups at admission and at 1 W admission (P <0.05, P <0.05). Groups A2 and B are higher than A1. There were significant differences in infarct size (P <0.05, P <0.05). Groups A2 and B are larger than A1. However, there was no significant difference between the neurological deficit score and infarct size in A2 and B groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: TIA has protective effect on brain and has a certain duration of brain protection.
